I bought one of these in June 2015. My wife's cousin, who is a good handyman but not a professional, installed it at our lake house in one day. A few days later I borrowed a vacuum pump from a friend and pulled the oxygen out of the lines before releasing the pre charged Freon. This thing has worked great heating and cooling the master bedroom and bathroom, maybe 400 square ft. Make sure the outside drain line remains open or you will get water inside on the floor.

The sleek and attractive whisper quiet wall mount indoor unit is engineered with oscillating louvers that ensures evenly distributed air throughout the room to avoid hot and cold spots with the auto swing function. The multi-speed fan allows you to adjust the airflow precisely to the setting that gives you the greatest comfort.
