The A/C mesh cover fit my A/C compressor very well and it should work well. My only complaint is that it really is overpriced, in my opinion. After all, it's just a piece of screening - like screen used in tents, etc., sewn to form a square that fits over the A/C unit, an elastic band sewn on one edge and a small piece of Velcro. My wife laughed when she saw it, telling me that she could have just got some screening from the fabric shop and a piece of elastic and made it for less than $5. That said, it does fit well. I was a bit concerned that it might cut down on air flow through the coils but that concern is balanced by the fact that air flow is already cut down when the coils get clogged and my coils really do get clogged. I've found that they are almost completely clogged every year so I've been taking the unit apart each spring and cleaning them. It's a pain with my unit. That material didn't suddenly clog up the coils in the last days of the fall. They clearly gradually cut down on the A/C's efficiency all though the season. With this mesh screen, hopefully most of that will be prevented and I should be able to easily clean it as often as necessary during the warm months. A great thing is that I will be able to see if it is getting clogged. With my A/C unit, you have to take the entire case apart to inspected the coils. We'll see next spring if it the cover does it's job but I suspect it will.
Cottonwood has been a plague for our A/C compressors. They had to be totally dismantled to be cleaned before these covers. I wish I knew about them years ago.
So far it’s working as advertised. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars, was because I have only had it a couple of weeks, so not sure how it will hold up. Works really good on cottonwood cotton, which is the reason I bought it.
Cover is well made and installs easily. Looks like it will last through the spring to fall. Not made for winter protection but manufacturers have covers for winter with snow protection. I had to contact seller that were very helpful with the question I had. Very good support

I bought two of these covers and they fit well over my two air conditioners. I live in a yard with three huge cottonwood trees -- I know these will be a big help keeping my air conditioner units clean next spring.
