This little thing is great! I put it in my nightstand so it will blow directly to me while I was laying on the bed. Also it has a water drop catcher, I don't have to worry about the water dripping on the desk.and the fan blows moisturized air that makes me feel fresh and cool. Nice summer gadget.
So far, working well to keep me more comfortable in 90 plus CA heat. I've used it for 2 days, will update review in future.
Cools a small area. Good for desk top. Not sure if water does much more than a regular fan.

I almost sent this unit back. But, because it was supposed to be an usually hot week in my beach community, I decided to give it a second shot. The key to getting this unit to work right for you is to use ICE and Cold water. Works perfectly and cools you off. Keep in mind the cool doesn’t extend beyond a couple of feet. It’s great ( works for me) if you want to sit it on your nightstand. Also, the water lasts about 2-3 hours. So this is good for cooling during your waking hours. It will not last overnight.
