Goods never received (or actually sent).I got a notification that the product was shipped then an automatic message that the order had been cancelled, with no communication from the seller.When I asked them, I was told the shipment was damaged so they offered a refund. I asked if I could get one in another colour and they said yes ... then came back and said no colours were available so again offered a refund.Then they tried to charge me a "processing fee" for the refund, which I refused, noting that this was starting to sound like a scam...Finally, they did give me a full refund, but it took a lot of effort on my part. I will be avoiding YM Factory Store in the future.
