It really does cool a bedroom. No good for big areas. It's important to me that they give you the truth about a product and they did!
So, I thought this might not work. Got it and was tinier than expected. We have a smaller room my kids sleep in with no air conditioner. It gets around 90-100 degrees outside and the room heats up. Just a fan wasn't cutting it. This works great. Makes it semi cool. Only downside is refilling the water every 3-4 hours, but well worth the money. And no leaking! Also easy to use.
Love it, only works at close rang but that's ok.
It is cooling but only right next to me on my desk. Does not do much for a whole room. Water doesn't last too long
It's not bad at all. Small water tank but it works great.

I bought this product at a different store and I LOVE IT!!! My cubicle temperature has been running around 80 most days. I have a desk fan, but if I turn it on high to cool me, all my desk papers get blown around and it is more cumbersome than worth it as it still just blows warm air. This air conditioner is perfect next to me in my cubicle. I have it sitting right in front of my keyboard and my face/neck and upper chest are comfortable. It is not meant to cool a large area, its a PERSONAL air conditioner. No I do not feel it when I get up from my desk - but I wouldn't expect to either. Most my day is sitting in this exact spot and when I'm here, I want to be comfortable and this does the job.
I like that it produces cool air. I have not used this yet. I plugged it in filled with water and it's ready to go when needed.
I have the newer 2.0 version which has the 6 foot capacity. I am highly allergic to any kind of heat and lately my A/C unit has been freezing up which wakes me up because I am getting hot and heat hives appearing. I just happen to turn on QVC at the perfect time to watch this demonstration. I live in deep south Louisiana where we do have high humidity. I wanted to use this for a while before writing a review. I purchased the mint color. The other day my A/C started acting up again and I put this baby on my chest of drawers right by my bed and pointed the vents down toward my pillow. I ran it on low and it was still blowing cool air 10 hours later. I finally got a good nights rest without getting up several times during the night because I was too hot. Now what I have learned after filling the container as per instructions is that if you slightly tilt to the right more water goes down, then I lift the tank and put more water in it. The slight noise that the fan makes does not bother me at all (I actually hear my a/c unit over the MyChill and the a/c is located in the living area) and I can be on the opposite side of the bed and still feel cool. HATS OFF TO THIS PRODUCT. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT.
This is a great product. The price is good too.
