Quiet and low profile, but once they're dirty, there's really no way to clean them. furthermore, they're not reversible fan direction, you have to pull it out of the window, and turn it around to reverse the air flow, which is really annoying because even the cheaper fans are reversible at the push of a button.
Works well. Controls on both sides. Thermostat is good. I wish the light turned off after a few minutes after setting, for security reasons. I live in Central Texas and installed in an upstairs window during Spring to blow out air from Windows opened downstairs that was sucking in cooler temp air from outside. This cut down Central air-conditioning use. And good way to air out the house after Winter. Now that it's summer I have it under the master bed to move the cool air that is stuck under there. It has cut down dust in the room and made it more comfortable.
We use the fan in our third floor bedroom window to clear out the hot air. It certainly helps to keep the room cooler. It also helps to pull the air up from the lower floors of the house. We wish it sealed a little better in the window.
This fan is a great fan but it only goes one way it does not exaust. I read a review and the person on that other review mentioned that it does not
exaust. When It arrived to my door I refused it because of that review. I needed a window fan that exausted because there are neighbors that smoke and It was coming into my home. I needed this fan to help me clear the air. I did not open the box i just refused it and they recieved it and I my account was credited.
Be blessed.
At first operation the only complaint i have is that there is no switch to set the fan to intake or extract the ventilation. You physically have to remove the fan off the window and flip it depending on what operation you need. Other then that its nice and small, quiet and provides good ventilation.

It works, very easy to install vertically on my kitchen window.. But why on earth would they not put a reversible switch on this? Such a bone head decision
I love being able to set a temperature for this to turn on at, I set mine to 80. The only thing I wish it had, was the ability to reverse air flow.
Works fine on cooler days. Easy to put in. It's quiet compared to other fans. Doesn't really help when its really hot though, just circulates the already hot air.
The durability of this product is amazing. I’ve had this fan on 24/7 since the day I bought it. Not once has it let me down.
The fan itself is made fine, it’s just hard plastic, but the sides use to hold the fan in place are flimsy. It’s hard to hold in a vertical position. Other than that, I’ve been extremely happy with this fan.
