This thing was a little powerhouse! Looked sleek on my desk, and had a nice cooling effect. I filled the water tray a little too much so some water came out, but once I dumped some out I had no problems at all! Didn't take up much space and was enough to cool me down (not the whole room, but more than enough for me when pointed in my direction!)
The air cooler works just fine there are a few things that I like and that I don't. Here is the low down.
PROS:
Stylish, I have a real wood night stand and this complements it. The cooler almost blends to the point you don't see it
Cools fairly well for its size, my room is big and it brings the room down a few degrees (just one)
Refilling of water is not bad for a small swamp cooler. I put about 4 ice cubes in the little tray and it will last about 2 hours during the day and 3 at night.
CONS:
Loud, this cooler is louder than our regular oscillating fan. If you are a light sleeper than you should not get this
Quiet and cools well at desk or table top area.
This item is an interim replacement for my ac at work! It’s small enough to fit on a desk but so far it really cooled the area off. I don’t think it can cool an entire room or a very large room but it’s perfect for what I need it for. It is easy to use and the manual explained where to add the water. So far very happy with my purchase! There were a lot of options but I’m glad I went with this one. The wood color also matches the wood on my work desk.

I wasn’t sure if I’d like this based on the other reviews, but I got it anyways. I’m so glad I did because I LOVE it! I use it on my desk in my office, and it is the perfect little fan to circulate the air and help me stay cool. It won’t cool a large space, but if you are looking for a nice, small personal fan, I recommend this one. Even when my office isn’t all that warm, I like it on low just to keep the air moving. I was worried that the misting portion would make things wet or drip on my desk. It works just fine and doesn’t leave a mess. It’ll be great for adding moisture to my air during the dry winter.
Do good job and make me comfortable.
I have a desk fan, but if I turn it on high to cool me, all my desk papers get blown around and make my desk messy. This air conditioner is perfect next to me in my cubicle. I have it sitting right in front of my keyboard and my face/neck and upper chest are comfortable. It is not meant to cool a large area, its a PERSONAL air conditioner. No I do not feel it when I get up from my desk - but I wouldn't expect to either. Most my day is sitting in this exact spot and when I'm here, I want to be comfortable and this does the job.
If you're purchasing this to cool an entire room, forget about it. It can cool a very small amount of space. The added bonus of a wooden mahogany is a nice touch (better than blue plastic). When you're filling this up with water, make sure to add ice cubes or otherwise you're going to be getting warm water vapor.

Great little person AC fan. No it is not an AC so don’t think it’s going to cool a room off. This is a small evaporation fan that you can fill the tray with ice and it will blow cooler air. I attached a few photos showing the temp difference.
