The LS14 Mini Split Twin Tube Copper Line Sets can be used with any brand mini split system. Both lines are insulated with flare nuts on all ends. Tube Size(s): 1/4 (inch) and 3/8 (inch) Insulation: 3/8 (inch) Follow the equipment manufacturer instructions when connecting refrigerant piping, evacuating system and testing for leaks. Remove protective shipping plugs before connecting to equipment. Properly tighten the flare connections and be careful not to over tighten. Use a torque wrench and tighten to the approved level. Apply a small amount of refrigerant oil to the flare face during installation for a proper and long lasting seal. This will help ensure protection against leaks. Be careful not to tear the insulation. Cut the web between the insulation tubes with a sharp knife to separate the Twin Tube insulation. Be careful not to crimp piping when bending. Never allow contaminants to be introduced into the piping.
