What a nifty little fan! I recently went to a Disney park when the ambient temperature was > 100 degrees, and ended up reluctantly splurging on one of their misting fan bottles at one of the souvenir shops. That fan itself was fairly cheaply made, although functional, but the spray it produced absolutely drenched me and my hair turned into a frizzy mess! Not ideal! I ultimately gave that little fan to my cousin, but knew that-- as a newly-minted annual pass holder-- I needed something for myself to keep cool during my next visit to the park!
As soon as I saw this fan online, I loved the fact that it is USB rechargeable, and that it came in my favorite shade of aqua blue. After it arrived, I was amazed at how well the fan works for a handheld device-- even the lowest setting was better than the misting fan bottle mentioned above, and the two higher settings were like having my own personal A/C! I never intended to use the misting function on this device, but I felt that I should be able to comment for the purposes of this review, so I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. It truly does produce a fine mist, not a spray, and does not leave a wet feeling on your skin but rather just a cooling sensation that is heightened by the fan. While I would not use the mist on a regular basis, it would be a lovely option for a hot day outdoors!
Overall, I am VERY pleased with my purchase!
I brought one of these with me on a trip to Walt Disney World in August. I wasn't sure if I'd actually use it or not, but it came in handy during the hottest part of each day. I ditched the included water bottle because filling that was no different from filling the fan's reservoir. It's small enough to fit in a purse and can be charged using any USB charger or battery.
Just be aware that it contains a lithium battery and must be taken in carry on if you're flying with it. Some international airports will ask to see all battery-containing items, so you may need to pull it out of carry on for inspection. I strongly recommend emptying the water before putting it in your bag. Mine never leaked, but a fluid filled device raises questions on flights.
My 4-year old does not deal with heat well so I bought this for use at festivals and when we go to Disney. It seems to work great so far. It says the charge lasts 6 hours and it takes 4 hours to charge. So, we'll see how that goes at Disney, I was hoping to be able to recharge it with an external USB charger, but I'm not sure if that will work. Currently looking for a gooseneck clamp that will allow me to clamp it to the stroller. The little water bottle that comes with it is useless, the top doesn't come off, so the only way to fill it is to put it under water and squeeze it and suck up water. Then once you get water in it, I have no idea how it would dry out because there's only a tiny little hole in it to squeeze the water out. I tossed it and am going to use one of those travel size shampoo bottles to squeeze the water in.
Great product! Worked amazingly on a hot day waiting in lines at Disneyland! I had to share the air with all my friends haha. The color is true to the photos so it's pretty to look at. It functions great with it's multiple wind settings and the mist comes out nicely, uniform, and strong. The water container on top where the mist comes from seals pretty tight so even when jostling around in my backpack it never leaked. It's a bit bulkier than your traditional mobile mister/fan but that's the price you pay for more air and more mist. It fit nicely in my mini-back I took to Disneyland. And it's easy to hold. It's also very light. I recommend!
I read a few negative reviews but there were so many positive that I purchased. I would note that the plug is bigger than the hole but I think it's designed that way to seal well. I had to use a spoon to close and open... There are directions, but it's takes a little trial and error to figure it out. I'm technically challenged, but I did figure it out fairly fast. The stream of mist can be adjusted or turned off. The strongest stream is not that strong but it's just right. My squirt bottle can put a strong stream but that's not what this fan is about. ___ Love the fact that it has a USB connection to recharge the battery... For those that don't have a computer, get the USB adapterthat can go into a wall plusThere is no place to show when it's charged 100% so I just charge it for about an hour. I haven't reached the point to where the battery runs low, yet.....I recommend highly! <3

I bought a few of these to take to Disney. So far, so good. It is light enough that it won't weigh down our park bag and provides relief from the intense, humid heat of Florida in May. The included refill bottle has long been lost, but it's not too difficult to get water in the reservoir without it. The charge lasts for hours and it's easy to plug the fan right back in when it needs it. The recharge takes a few hours and is complete when the lights flash green. There are three fan speeds, but I usually go right to the highest one. When I turn on the mist, it takes my breath away because of how cool it is. The mist is fine and you can barely even see it, but you do feel it's effects.
First one i got was defected sp i contacted customer service an they sent me new one the new one is perfect an i love this fan
I love this fan! I think it'll be great when I go on vacation to Florida and it's stifling hot. It really puts out a lot of air for as small as it is. The misting part is perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially for ladies in menopause.
We bought this for our Disney World trip but only had to use it one day because we were lucky enough to have experienced lows in the 40's and highs in the low 70's. The mister is fantastic and doesn't blow out a ton of water but was a light mist. This is a great little fan and I am excited to be able to carry it around in my purse during the summer because I'm pregnant now and hot ALL THE TIME. I know this will be so helpful! Highly recommend!
I love this. It didn't take long to charge at all and what's awesome is that it comes with a small little bottle in which you can pour the water. I was looking for something like this on the hot days where there's no AC. This works beautifully.
