Item arrived early. The cover fit nice and snug so when they say exact fit, they mean it. The material has a quality feel. The only drawback is the stitching. It's a single stitch on all the seams and where the Velcro straps are attached to the cover. A second roe of stitching would make it more secure, especially for a $90 cover. The cover does not go all the way to the bottom but as I read in the question section, its that way for a purpose. Still, another 2-3 inches would be just enough to cover the entire grill. Only time will tell if this $90 cover is better than 6mil plastic and some duct tape.
The cover fits very well but I'm still using the A/C unit (Arizona) so no info. re: long term life. With that said, I would like to suggest that the manufacturer sew a small strip of "loop" material to attach the "hook" strips to when in storage so that they don't attach themselves to the interior lining making it frustrating to fold up or install easily . I overcame this issue by rolling up the "hook" strip and wrapping rubber bands around them to keep them out of the way.
I recently purchase an Amana air conditioning unit to replace the Rheem that lasted only 12 years. This cover seems very well constructed, and fits my new unit like a glove. And yes, it does not go all the way to the ground. People need to read why it does not.......prevents small animal (mice) nests and moisture buildup in the unit when it is not in use during the colder months of the year!!.
I rolled the dice and purchased four covers, one for my house and three for my sons house. I just put them on last week but I was excited about how well they fit. I usually have to wrap several bungee cords around the covers to hold them in place but these covers are tight enough to stay in place by themselves but not too tight because they went on with very little work. I like the fact they do not cover the last 5 % of the unit, this will help discourage mice from nesting. I have every reason to believe these covers will last for years.
This fits our new Carrier AC like a glove. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I don't know how many winters it will last. Also, at $80 it was a lot more expensive than the generic covers. But then again it does fit perfectly.

I was a bit hesitant about the price, but this is truly custom made product for my specific AC. The materials used look first grade, the choice of colors is very good. Can't tell how many years it will last, but again it is made of heavy duty fabric. So far 100% satisfied with this purchase, including super friendly customer service - they allowed me to change color shortly after placing the order.
High quality, exact fit product. I love at 7,400 FT elevation. Colorado winters tend to come a little earlier and last a little longer in my neighborhood, so it feels great knowing that my AC unit is covered from the snow and ice. Yes, you could save money buy using a tarp and bungee cords to do the job, but this cover accomplishes the task without damaging your home’s curb appeal. My only complaint: the vendor somehow lost my order. This resulted in about an eight week turnaround from the time of order to delivery. However, this is a custom item and you shouldn’t expect to receive it overnight. Overall, I’d definitely order one of these covers again.
Just installed them. Appear to be very good quality. Perfect fit! One of my units is a little older and they got it just right!
I’ll follow up in a year or so, only concern would be them fading over time but they are substantially cheaper than the units so what the heck I guess.

My new air conditioner cover fits perfectly. It is light weight and will easily fold for storage purposes during the summer. The tan color matches the tan color of my house. I purchased it because my heating/cooling company service rep suggested a cover due to more rusting on the fan blades than usual - probably because I live where the winters are wet and rainy and the a/c's location is mostly shaded.
