I previously bought something similar to this and I was quite disappointed by the quality. Problems with leaking and essentially no cold air. This started cooling out of the box even without water. Highly recommend for a desk.
I was very skeptical that this would work as advertised but was very pleasantly surprised. Quieter than expected and definitely puts out a cool breeze when used properly by adding ice. Small enough to sit on a desk or bedside table.
