Great little air conditioner for the window. Vents can face in two directions at the same time. Cools quietly and works great!
This A/C is keeping my small 9'x12' bedroom icy cold. The only thing I don't like are the adjustable louvers. Not very adjustable nor do they divert the air where I want it. I have to block off part of them so they do not blow directly into my face. I do have a small bedroom with not many options to arrange things and I know it would cool a much larger area than I am using it in. I RECOMMEND.
I had an item that didn't quite work properly and this was corrected very fast. Thank you for being hassle free and satisfying my customer support needs.
It is quiet and cools the room nicely
This is an upper end 6,000BTU A/C Window Unit. I'd recommend CostWay A/C units to anyone friend or foe ;-)...

Cools the room better than I hoped
I love it because it's quiet and it doesn't cause you to freeze. It is alittle bigger and heavier than I expected. The panels need to be screwed in wasn't as easy as it sounds.
