IF you're someone who had the misfortune of having your air conditioner condenser without some kind of pad, concrete, or otherwise like we had, you've probably gone through the same kind of troubles too, with the unit constently needing to be propped due to sinking in to the ground at one angle or another. This pad solves those problems, and holds our unit upright, and was easy to slide under it because its so light. The textured surface gives the appearance of concrete, and keeps your unit from sliding or shifting while you slide the pad under it and while sitting still. The material seems to be thick and solid enough to withstand the weight of such a unit and the weather it will otherwise be exposed to. I was skeptical at first but rate it 5 stars.
Item is as described. Currently I am using the pad to support my water softener. Works well.

Nice pad for the money. I'm using it as a pad to put my portable generator on it, to power my house. Put it on a bed of sand and stone.
