I don’t have AC in my apartment, during the summer it can get pretty hot, I purchased this item to cool down my room. So far it works perfectly, cooled down my room pretty quickly and best of it’s not noisy, which was a big concern of mine. It was extremely easy to set up (took maybe 10minutes) and looks sleek. I am so far very happy with my purchase!
For the size and price, this is an excellent choice for cooling a mid-size area. The air conditioner works great and cool for my living room. We purchased the LG portable air conditioner it's same 14,000 BTU but the price not cheap like this one. They are working good the same. Happy with new air conditioner, great price and great value.
I needed a portable a/c for my bedroom & other rooms in my house. I like the how easy it is that I can move it from room to room with no problem. It comes with a filter that's easy to clean. A nice remote so I don't have to get up off my bed. As far as performance it's great keeps my bedroom nice & cold, too cold sometimes. In humid conditions it does have a dehumidifier mode.
This device does a fantastic job maintaining temperatures in small to medium sized spaces. I was amazed by the incredibly cold air produced even before connecting to external ventilation. It’s cooling capacity outshines comparable space rated units I have used from other vendors.

Got this since my place didn't have central AC. It's much less loud than traditional window AC I've had in the past ALso comes with a warranty which is great.
My old AC was dying and I was just telling a friend that I was going to need a new AC unit for this summer when this one appeared. I love that it is portable and that I can move it from room to room as needed. My apartment is big enough for two ACs but it's also too big for just one to cover it all. This portable ac is awesome. It comes with everything needed to hook up which is good. The built in handles make it easier and convenient to handle. Easy to set up and runs smooth and quiet. The shipping and packaging needs a little work but that was my only issue
