Purchased to replace a Fujitsu Halcyon inverter AR-RY16 OEM original manufacturer remote which died. Product includes just the remote no batteries and takes 2 Aaa like the original. This remote has all the same functionality as the OEM and includes 2 extra buttons "Coil dry" and "Air clean". Whether this model supports those functions is unclear but if not I don't hold it against the remote.
I bought 3 remotes and 2 of them are great and work wonderful and the other one had a flaw and the digital screen didn’t work I didn’t spend the time or money to get another one I just tossed it in the trash but overall I think that they work great. I do however wish they came with remote mounts for the walls like my originals did. The new ones do not fit the original wall mounts.
i liked not having to program its ready to go and worked as soon as i turned the unit off and on with the remote,

With out this controller my A/C can not work!
Very pleased. Cost more than the others but this is in Fahrenheit not Celsius. Appreciate that fact alone. A lot cheaper than going through a dealer. Works great.
