This fan is an excellent product for the following reasons:
1. It produces powerful output with three different settings.
2. It is light weight.
3. The strap is durable with a medium width.
4. The charging is easy with an indicator light to indicate when the unit is fully charged.
5, You can wear it while shopping, in crowds, on airplanes, in cars, boats, buses and at church.
This is such a necessity here in the south. We have a lot of outdoor functions with our kids' sports, but I've been using it daily where I teach. Every day at dismissal I'm outside for like 30 min helping with car riders and this keeps me from being totally tortured by the heat.
Update...We live in FL and are in the midst of a major hurricane. My husband is a cop and he has to report for duty, planning to be gone for 5 days. His command staff has everyone taking shifts, sleeping at the station. He needed this little fan to stay cool and give him some white noise. As long as they have power he can recharge it or even sleep with it on the charger, while it's turned on.
Another great reason to buy this fan? A natural disaster. This product is a wonderful, affordable convenience in a time of crisis.
I’ve only used it twice so we’ll have to see how it holds up. I like it so far in comparison to the other 2 I’ve tried. I’ve used the cool on the go clip on fan. That one is heavier and the last one I bought, didn’t last very long and cost more than twice as much, so I’m not buying those again.
I’ve also used the O2Cool deluxe necklace fan. I do like that one if you need something more low profile and it is pretty quiet.
As for this fan, I clean houses so this is a must for me but I haven’t used it longer than 4 hrs at a time. It’s a little bulky but it’s light weight and the air output is really good. I haven’t even used it on the highest setting yet. But it’s not a quiet fan which makes sense since of the air output it gives. So just depends on what you’re looking for I guess. This fan is my favorite one I’ve gotten and it’s a good price.
I have to go outside sometimes in the summer heat, and work in hot places occasionally at my job, and I have to wear a thick uniform and carry about 30 pounds of tools. I attached this fan to a discarded phone back with a clip and put it on my equipment sling right under my neck. It doesn't make summer go away but it sure helps. I also have the O2Cool, a similar product. Compared to that, this one has sufficient power. The O2Cool is just too underpowered to make a difference, where this one creates a strong airflow. I was so impressed with how it helped me get through the day I bought a backup, and purchased some 18650 batteries and a charger so that I could use it through the entire shift if necessary.
I highly, HIGHLY recommend this product. This really works.
A few things I would say about it:
The battery door seems a little flimsy, and I have doubts about it lasting in the long term. I bet I will have to repair it.
Don't be surprised if you occasionally get wacked in the neck by an errant bug who got sucked into the fan.
You will love returning to air conditioning after being outside when you have this thing running. Its like you have an ice pack held to your neck. I get a little brain-freeze from it actually.
Love it! It's the most powerful fan necklace I have had. 3 speeds. Only thing that needs improved is battery life. Doesn't stay charged long and i work 12 hour shifts. For me it was worth buying 2 so i have 1 to use while other is charging. I'm also saving a ton of money on batteries. With other brands that use AA batteries, I would go through 2 AA's a day. This HOT momma highly recommends thus fan.

I love that it has 3 speeds. I was afraid it would not hold a good charge. It will let you know it needs recharging when it will not go up to the third speed. Love it. I have owned several fans. This one is the best so far. That is coming from a woman who is overweight and going through menopause.
Update. It will only hold 4 hours on low speed. But it is still worth the money. I think I will buy another one. It was worth 4 hours of cooling to make me want to buy another one.
Ships in a timely manner. Performs reasonably well. I use it when at a casino and a smoker sits beside me and the smoke drifts my direction. I ask them if they could place their cigarette away from me. If they refuse or ignore me, I then place this unit in front of me and aim it at the offending smoker.It makes it much easier on my lungs.
Blows cool air into my face while I am working. Has several settings but the fires setting is strong enough- holds a good charge! Fan is a little larger than other necklace fans that I have had but is also very durable.
Purchased 2. One emits an annoying high pitched whine out of the box. Quality may be inconsistent. More powerful than the AA powered models, but build quality is a bit rough around the edges. Battery life is long on low power, but drains quickly when using level 2 or 3.
Update: seller reaches out to check on my experience. While I had ordered the product over a month prior (I had been to busy to bother complaining), the seller offered to send me a replacement for the fan with the whining problem. They were proactive and provided excellent customer service, and the new fan is working well. If these break down or I need more, I won't hesitate to order this again.
Update #2, still going strong, especially with the 95+ degree heatwave in San Francisco. Have used this to give myself a cool breeze when working in confined spaces in the heat. Grateful for it, and love that I can recharge via micro USB at my desk when not using it.

This little fan gives just enough breeze to feel refreshing. Good for women with hot flashes or if you have to work in an environment that keeps the building warmer. It hangs around your neck so that it blows on your face. My daughter used mine when she was getting chemo. She said that it really helped her during the day while working.
