Saved my life in Disney World in 100 degree heat!
Great product!
It works wonderfully - except don't follow the water sponge directions - it will still drip. Just wet the sponge and wring it out.
It works great,even with a dry sponge. Pretty strong breeze for a hand held fan.
Works good but with MS heat sponge dries quicker than. It says.

Notice:

2. To wash sponge before use, hand wash gently.

Convenient
I purchased 2 of these portable coolers a while ago, which I just opened to give my daughters for their trip to Disneyland. One of them worked for about 5 minutes, then turned off.
